- Utilities bills: hot water, central heating, electricity, council tax, telephone line rental and TV license, LCD flat-screen television, cable TV package and full PC facilities.
- Hypnos king-size, pocket sprung, zip and link beds with luxurious 300 thread count linen; duck down and feather duvets; goose and duck down and feather pillows; and Frette towels.
- Villeroy & Boch dinner service, Wedgwood cutlery and crockery.
- A washing machine and electric hob/oven are available on request.

Additional services available at an extra cost:

Food & beverage
A full cooked English breakfast is included at an additional cost. The breakfast includes tea or coffee; a selection of natural fruit juices; a choice of organic eggs (scrambled, poached or fried); organic sausage and bacon with mushrooms and tomatoes. Breakfast also includes cereals or muesli and toast with a choice of jams, marmalades and breakfast preserves.
Important information
Reservations for 13 + nights are subject to a refundable deposit which will be taken on arrival.

Staff are required to obtain a signed agreement between Dolphin House and residents. This agreement takes form of a Tenancy Agreement which must be signed on arrival.

All children under 3 years and at a maximum weight of 15 kg stay free of charge when using cots.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children under 12 years are charged GBP 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs GBP 10.00 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 10.50 per person.
Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 15.50 per person.
